Cancellation & refund policy
Deposit
A 35% deposit is due when you sign your contract. It holds your date and isn't refundable.
Balance
The remaining 65% is due 14 days before your event.
If you need to cancel
Cancel more than 30 days before your event and we'll refund anything you've paid beyond the deposit. Within 30 days of the event, payments can't be refunded.
