Returns & exchanges
The short version
Because each piece is made after you order it, we don't restock returns. We do stand behind everything we send: if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong size, we'll replace it at no cost.
Damaged or misprinted items
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement — no need to ship anything back.
Size exchanges
Unworn, unwashed items can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; the replacement ships free.
Wrong address or unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Reshipping costs may apply.
